Vertical Turning Module
The vertical turning module automatically receives book blocks from upstream equipment and rotates them from a vertical to a lay-flat orientation. All settings are adjusted automatically according to book-block thickness and format. |

A strong, rigid nipping mechanism joins the cover precisely and firmly to the book block, producing a well-shaped spine. The opening width of the nipping plates and side guides is adjusted automatically. |
