JMD recently welcomed a delegation from the Publishing Printing and Quality Committee of the Printing Technology Association of China (PTAC) for an industry research visit focused on printing quality development, intelligent manufacturing, and service innovation.
The delegation was led by Qiu Yingyi, Chairman of the Publishing Printing and Quality Committee of PTAC, together with Zhang Zhenyi, Secretary General, Tong Lixin, Deputy Secretary General, and Hou Hongyan, Editor.
Zheng Bin, Chairman and General Manager of JMD, and Liu Wen, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting and exchanged views with the delegation on industry trends, advanced technologies, service improvement, and the future development of intelligent printing.
Enhancing Printing Quality Through Innovation and Proactive Customer Service
During the meeting, Chairman Zheng Bin introduced JMD’s latest initiatives in improving printing quality and enhancing customer service.
He emphasized that printing quality has always been regarded as the foundation of JMD’s development. To better respond to market needs and customer requirements, JMD has established a dedicated Customer Service Center, including a specialized customer care team.
By engaging with customers earlier and gaining a deeper understanding of their potential requirements, JMD aims to proactively identify possible challenges throughout the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes, transforming traditional reactive support into proactive service.
As Zheng Bin stated:

With advanced automation, high stability, and digital integration capabilities, these solutions demonstrate JMD’s technological capabilities in intelligent post-press manufacturing and book production.
